Find the Tag. Answer the Clue. Enter the Draw.

Each campaign, CCS places a single static Red Tag on one selected service page. Visitors who find it, read the clue, and submit the entry form are entered into the monthly prize draw. The clue is tied to a real property topic — attic rain, moisture damage, warranty issues, or insurance claims — so finding the tag is genuinely useful, not just a marketing exercise.

Each draw campaign, CCS offers a local gift card or vendor co-funded prize. Prizes are sourced from Sherwood Park and Edmonton area vendors and businesses.

Prize type and value may change each campaign. One winner is selected randomly from all valid entries after the campaign closes. Alberta residents 18 and over are eligible. No purchase required.

A Draw for Previous CCS Clients

CCS runs periodic appreciation draws open exclusively to verified past clients. No public entry is required — if you have had completed work done by CCS, you may be included in the eligible list.

Who Is Eligible

Verified past CCS clients with a completed residential or commercial project in the Sherwood Park and Edmonton service area. CCS employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Privacy-Safe Winner Display

To protect privacy, winners are acknowledged by first name and city only — for example, Mike — Sherwood Park or Linda — Edmonton. Full personal details are never published.

Selection Method

Winners are selected using a verifiable random method. The Wheel of Names tool may be used for public display purposes only and is not the official draw record. The official draw record is maintained privately by CCS.

CCS Service Credit

Site Review & Diagnostic Credit

Certain campaigns offer a CCS site review or diagnostic service credit as the prize. This is a tightly scoped service offering — not a free renovation or open-ended labour commitment.

What a Service Credit Covers (when offered)

A service prize covers only the specifically stated services and time. It typically includes a site visit and documented findings for properties in the Sherwood Park and Edmonton service area, within the stated time limit.

Service credits are giftable to someone planning a renovation or repair project. Subject to scheduling availability and must be claimed within the stated deadline.

What Is Excluded

The following are excluded from all CCS service prizes unless explicitly stated in the campaign terms:

  • Materials and supplies
  • Permits
  • Engineering or structural assessments
  • Emergency or after-hours work
  • Labour beyond the stated time limit
  • Work outside the stated service area

How Entries Work

From Red Tag to Draw to Winner

The Red Tag Hunt entry process is straightforward. No purchase is required at any step.

  1. Find the Red Tag on the current CCS service page. The tag location is announced at campaign launch.
  2. Read the clue question on the Red Tag block. The clue relates to the topic of the page where the tag is placed.
  3. Complete the entry form on this page. Fields include your first name, email, Alberta city, and your answer to the clue question.
  4. Submit the form and receive an entry confirmation number in the format CCS-YYYYMM-####. Keep this number for your records. It is a receipt — not a prize trigger.
  5. The campaign closes on the stated date. No entries are accepted after the close deadline.
  6. CCS reviews all valid entries and removes duplicates. One potential winner is selected randomly from valid entries.
  7. The potential winner is contacted by email. They must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded. This is required by Canadian law. The Red Tag clue is not the skill-testing question.
  8. Prize is awarded to the confirmed winner after eligibility is verified.

  • No purchase is required to enter any CCS draw or contest.
  • One entry per person per campaign unless the campaign states otherwise.
  • Duplicate entries from the same email or household are reduced to one valid entry.
  • CCS employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • Entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted before the campaign close date.
  • The potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before any prize is awarded.
  • Prizes are subject to availability, scheduling, and restrictions stated per campaign.
  • CCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
